Since there is a huge increase in the use of mobile phones and smartphones, the attention of website development is drifting towards mobile website development. The one reason that has added this fuel is cheap data services now available almost in most of the countries. The fast connections speed of broadband services and the trend of mobile net usage has surpassed the PC use to some extent also.
Though the use is increasing but the problems faced by web developers on mobile are more complex. Some of the issues for mobile website builders and mobile website development are listed here.
Small Screens
The hardware used by mobile devices is quite different from that of the computers. The screen size is smaller and the screen can switch to different modes. This has made the mobile interface more user friendly.
A lot of application software’s are available that use such techniques allowing the site to get optimized with the orientation of mobile screens. The systems used by such applications include: Fluid CSS outlays that allows for a smooth switch of orientation when mobile screen orientation changes. Media queries system is used that use the CSS rules to fit according to mobile screen widths and heights.
Geographical locators
Features like location detectors work better on mobiles rather than PCs. Location services on the mobile phones have allowed the websites to develop features around this and have provided many benefits to users.
Touch Screens
The problem also arises with mobile touch screens. To deal with touch screens, you will have to make use of DOM touch specific events. This way you will have to develop clickable items. The fingers for touch screens work a lot faster than the mouse pointers. And people have become more comfortable with the touch screen technology.
Optimize Images
Images will have to be optimized so that they can easily load into the specific height, pixels ratio and width of mobile screen sizes. CSS properties are used for the production of visual effects in the form of shadows and gradients.
Cross browser
Websites need to be developed in such a way that they can switch over the different browsers used by mobile users. Don’t go for making a website with features of some specific browsers only. If you are using such features make sure they are easily switchable over other browsers too.
Multiple Browsers
Test if your website can work on different browsers on different operating softwares like Android, IOS etc.
Single columns
The website must be designed in a way that can shift into single columns. Mobile screens use a vertical screen. The computers use a lot more horizontal space. So your website must be able to set into a vertical column and adjust with the screen size.
Bandwidth
The bandwidth needs to get reduced so the slower mobile networks should be able to use it. Remove large background images that you are using for your website. Set ‘no display’ for any unnecessary images.
If the website makes use of images for navigation, replace them with the plain form of text or CSS counterparts.
Serve site approach
It should be able to detect user agent string with PHP. This enables a website to detect the mobile device. So it can change its style sheet or direct it to mobile domains starting with m. instead of www. Add features of allowing the users to visit the mobile domain by adding ‘visit mob version’.
Increase font size
You will have to make some other changes like increasing font size for small and medium size texts.
Clicking
Clicking and selection of different tabs across the webpage is mostly less accurate with mobile sites. So increase the clickable areas on your site for important links or buttons by altering the settings to ‘display: block’.
Floated items
These create problems for mobile phones. So better to remove any floats which are not necessary. Horizontal state browsing on mobiles is expensive. So make sure to add vertical browsing to lower costs.
Mouse-over states
These don’t work with mobiles so make proper settings of the ‘active-states’.
Phone numbers
Make sure your websites have this feature of clickable phone numbers too. It makes it more convenient for the user and they can quickly access the phone number listed.
Input types
Mobile typing is a little difficult than standard keyboards. So you have to make use of some special inputs like ‘HTML5 input’ types.
Viewport orientations:
You will have to alter the viewport dimensions for mobile browsers. This can be done by making use of the <Meta> tag. Specific styles can also be used depending on mobile user’s mobile orientation of either vertical or horizontal.
Conclusion
With the increasing number of our mobile browsers, these adaptations are necessary to be made. If you add the above features on your websites, it will make them easily operable from the mobile devices. This can help the mobile website builders to develop perfect websites that will function properly on mobile smartphones.

Hey,
In my opinion, the site seems too busy for me. I would change the design to something cleaner that looks more professional.
Recommend that you update the popup menus are not in the correct location.
The ideas that appear on the site are very interesting and there is something different here.
Keep up with the good work,
Good Day,
